MSASPL provides hot and dry heat testing support for electronic, electrical and embedded products that need to be evaluated under elevated-temperature conditions. Controlled high-temperature exposure can help engineering teams assess operating behaviour, storage robustness, component derating, mechanical stability and recovery after thermal stress.
What is dry heat
Testing?
Dry heat testing exposes a product to a defined elevated ambient temperature for an agreed duration. Depending on the product requirement, the DUT may be evaluated in an operating or non-operating condition, with measurements and functional checks performed before, during and after the exposure.
Why high-temperature
testing matters
Electronic products can experience elevated internal and external temperatures during operation, transport, storage or field use. High temperature can accelerate material ageing, change electrical characteristics and reduce thermal design margin.
